You have 14 days from letting us know you would like to make a return to return the product to us in order to receive a replacement or full refund.
Please note you can only return personalised items if they are found to be faulty or if there is an error with the personalisation on our part.
Please note we do not hold any responsibility if returned products do not arrive safely back with us.
We also do not refund return postage costs but if an item is found to be faulty we will issue you with a prepaid postage label.
If an item is returned as faulty and is not found to be faulty no refund will be issued.
