Dispatch Guidelines

UK Orders - Christmas 2025 Last Posting Dates

Tracked 48 - Order by 3pm Friday 19th December.

Tracked 24 - Order by 1pm Saturday 20th December.

Special Delivery Guaranteed - Order by 3pm Tuesday 23rd December.

Non-customised Orders

​​​​​We aim to dispatch all non-customised orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri the same day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 if you choose standard delivery.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Choose Express delivery to have your order sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery after dispatch.

EU & Rest of World Orders will be sent by UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. 

Please allow an extra 3-10 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Customised orders

We aim to dispatch all customised orders within 3 working days but during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.

Also sometimes the artwork you supply may require adjustments or even re-designing from scratch so that it is suitable for printing or laser marking. This can sometimes extend the dispatch times above. If there are going to be any significant delays with your order we will keep you updated and let you know.
