Dispatch Guidelines
CHRISTMAS 2024 LAST POSTING DATES
UK (Non-Customised) orders:
Standard Delivery: Order up until 4pm Friday 20th December for Christmas Delivery.
Express Delivery: Order up until 3pm Monday 23rd December for Christmas Delivery.
Non-customised orders
Non-customised orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Any non-customised orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Customised orders
For customised orders, dispatch times can vary depending on the quantity of customised items ordered and if the artwork supplied is ready or requires adjustments.
We aim to dispatch all customised orders within 10 working days of artwork approval but sometimes it can take slightly longer.
If there are going to be any delays with your order we will keep you updated and let you know.
Delivery Options
UK Addresses
We offer a Free Standard Delivery Service to Mainland UK on orders over £50.
Standard Delivery is £3.95 for orders up to £50.
Our Standard Delivery has a delivery aim of 2 - 3 working days after dispatch.
Our Standard Delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail.
We also offer an Express Delivery Service to Mainland UK.
Our Express Delivery has a delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed next day service it achieves a very high success rate.
Our Express Delivery is charged at £8.95 per order.
European & Rest of World Addresses
We offer a Standard European & Rest of World Delivery Service to all addresses outside of Mainland UK.
Our Standard European & Rest of World Delivery has a delivery aim of 5-10 working days to European Countries and 7-14 working days to countries outside of Europe.
Our Standard European & Rest of World Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail.
Standard European & Rest of World Delivery is charged at £15 to European Countries and £20 to Countries outside of Europe.
We also offer a Premium Express Delivery Service to all countries outside of Mainland UK.
Our Premium Express European & Rest of World Delivery has a delivery aim of 1-3 working days to European Countries and 2-7 working days to countries outside of Europe.
Our Premium Express European & Rest of World Deliveries are fulfilled by UPS and FedEx.
Our Premium Express European & Rest of World Delivery is charged at £25 per order to European Countries and £30 per order to Countries outside of Europe.
Please note all prices quoted above are based on parcel weights not exceeding 2kg and the prices may be subject to change at any time.
For parcels weighing more than 2kg we may contact you to pay an additional shipping fee to cover the extra costs involved with shipping a heavier parcel.
