Dispatch Guidelines

Non-customised orders

​​​​​Non-customised orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.

Any non-customised orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Customised orders

For customised orders, dispatch times can vary depending on the quantity of customised items ordered and if the artwork supplied is ready or requires adjustments.

We aim to dispatch all customised orders within 10 working days of artwork approval but sometimes it can take slightly longer.

If there are going to be any delays with your order we will keep you updated and let you know. 

Delivery Options

UK Addresses

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £75.

We offer the following delivery options to UK addresses:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 Day Delivery Aim Tracked)

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 Day Delivery Aim Tracked)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Working Day Delivery)

European & Rest of World Addresses

We offer a Standard European & Rest of World Delivery Service to all addresses outside of Mainland UK. 

Our Standard European & Rest of World Delivery has a delivery aim of 5-10 working days to European Countries and 7-14 working days to countries outside of Europe.

Our Standard European & Rest of World Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail.

We also offer a Premium Express Delivery Service to all countries outside of Mainland UK. 

Our Premium Express European & Rest of World Delivery has a delivery aim of 3-5 working days to European Countries and 2-7 working days to countries outside of Europe. 

Our Premium Express European & Rest of World Deliveries are fulfilled by UPS and FedEx. 

For parcels weighing more than 2kg we may contact you to pay an additional shipping fee to cover the extra costs involved with shipping a heavier parcel.
